Fikile Khiva
Managing Director
Fikile Khiva is the founder and CEO of Kamva Capital.
He holds a BCom (Hons) degree in Information Systems and Management. He has over 13 years of business management consulting experience from working at JSE listed Financial Services Companies.
Growing up in the rural Eastern Cape, Fikile has always been driven to make a real difference by impacting change for individuals and SMMEs. He is a director of the Zeleni Group and the founder of VMC, an agricultural co-operative that promotes sustainable community development in King William’s Town.
As MD of Kamva Capital, Fikile has a relentless pursuit to drive change and address the challenge of unemployment with partners who share this vision.
Elsie Govender
General Manager
Elsie Govender has a BTech in PR Management and a certificate in Management Development Programme. She has over 15 years of corporate experience in managing Corporate Social Investment and other brand-related initiatives while working in the health and financial services sectors.
She has extensive experience in managing consumer financial education (CFE) programmes that align with the CFE guidelines for the Financial Services Sector Charter and can manage programmes accordingly for brands.
As General Manager at Kamva, her role is to oversee the operations and delivery of impactful development programmes and to ensure effective, efficient and quality outcomes are delivered, as well as manage programme impact assessments and reporting.
Kholekile Dlakiya
Operations Manager
Kholekile Dlakiya (KD) holds a BCom degree, a certificate for Senior Management Development Programme and in Marketing Management and Sales.
In addition to many other certificates and training attained, KD is also a certified international trainer for Mankind Project SA and pursues his interest in development through the facilitation of both local and international training programmes.
He has over 24 years of corporate experience working in various industries which include Tourism, Marine, Retail, FMCG, Energy and Financial Services and has developed expertise in transformation strategies relating to B-BBEE. He has vast experience in implementing effective and sustainable interventions for development in rural and township communities. He is passionate about driving change to improve marginalised communities.
As Project Manager at Kamva Capital, he provides oversight and manages processes with regards to the implementation of programmes.
Aphiwe Mangxola
Project Manager
Aphiwe Mangxola holds a BCom degree in Business Finance and Economics. She has over 10 years of experience in finance, administration and process management. She is driven towards results and manages teams towards effective outcomes.
In her capacity at Kamva Capital, she manages processes and teams in the delivery of successful development initiatives.
